Our optical fiber backbone is fully-owned by us, which gives us full control over the network on every level, so you can be confident that we also control the costs without compromising quality. Through a long-term lease you secure a share of this infrastructure between the destinations of your choice. In this way, you can meet your customers' needs without delay and with minimal investments of your own.
World-class fiber network
To secure business-class quality, the G.652 fiber used is specified to actually exceed the recommended ITU-T standard. To ensure high performance, power loss and attenuation are tested within very strict limits. We never compromise regarding specified distances between amplifier and regeneration sites along the routes. All together, this adds up to a world-class fiber network. Optional add-on services include co-location, updated and extended tests for attenuation and/or dispersion, and extra rack space.
Professionally equipped and conditioned sites
You can conveniently connect to the network at our nearest point-of-presence by co-location with us. The standard offering at each amplifier or regeneration site includes indoor fiber tails with SC connectors. The handover point is the end of the fiber tail connected to the ODF. One or two units of rack space, 600 x 600 mm, will be made available to you and customized arrangements can also be negotiated.
Worldwide customer care
Service assurance and continuity are very important to us, which is why our customer care function receives the very highest priority. Should a fault occur, all your fiber pairs will be restored by dedicated technical staff, who are on continual standby. Thoroughly documented processes and escalation procedures within a 24/7 customer care center are complemented by a network control center that proactively monitors the quality of your services in every location at all times.
