What are the Round Trip Times (RTT) for your network?
Within Europe the average guaranteed RTT is 35ms. Between Europe and the US, the guaranteed average RTT time is 99ms.
What is the packet loss in your network?
The packet loss in our network is typically less than 0.1%.
Is your network "Powered by Cisco"?
Our network is partly powered by Cisco, and we have CCIE Cisco engineers in our technical team.
Do you have a non-overbooking policy?
Yes. With our fully-owned connections, we operate a quality control policy that prohibits over-booking in core networks.
